Membership in our Healthy Smiles Program is available to all patients who do not have existing dental insurance. After payment of initial annual fee, member will receive the following:

Membership in our Healthy Smiles Program is available to all patients without existing dental insurance. After payment of initial annual fee, patient will receive:
Two Regular Dental Check-ups:
- Exam
- *Bitewing x-rays (one time per year)
- Dental Cleaning (either routine or periodontal recare)
- Oral Hygiene Instructions
- Periodontal Evaluation
- TMJ Screening
* DOES NOT INCLUDE PANORAMIC X-RAY
Two Emergency Exams:
- Problem Focused Exam
- Single X-ray (if necessary)
20% Discount of DDS Fees
A treatment plan will be provided in writing for all recommended procedures displaying the regular fee and the discounted rate.
*Does Not Include Orthodontic Treatment, Botox, and Whitening Special.
No refunds. Non-transferrable.
